The Healing Tree is committed to making our website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor to be able to browse our teas, herbs, and wellness products, learn about our services, and place an order with ease.

Our Approach

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Steps we take include:

  • Adding text descriptions (alt text) to product and site images
  • Using clear headings, labels, and link text
  • Reviewing color contrast and text readability
  • Reviewing our site regularly as we add new products and content

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We are currently updating our product photography, and some products may temporarily appear without images or full descriptions. Some content provided by third parties (such as booking or payment tools) may not be fully within our control, but we work with our providers to support accessibility.
